Sean McAlinden, Co-founder
Software architect, data architect, and the builder of NeoArc Studio. Sean has designed and governed systems across banking, global e-commerce, legal, and public sector. He has served as interim CTO for a large US institutional investor, acts as fractional CTO for SMEs, and sits as a board advisor to an investment group. His background spans architecture, engineering, AI, data platforms, and technical leadership.
Silas Landricombe, Co-founder
Frontend and fullstack engineer with over 20 years of hands-on experience across internet, media, and enterprise platforms. Silas brings deep expertise in modern web technologies, application architecture, and engineering delivery. A published technical author and certified ScrumMaster, he leads Xtrable's engineering capability and product development.
