Why you will not find a number here
Every commercial agreement is sized to the organisation behind it. A growing software company and a national defence programme do not need the same support response, the same delivery method, or the same assurances, so a single published price would be wrong for almost everyone who read it.
Instead of making you back out of a number that does not fit, we would rather hear what you actually need and put a fair, specific proposal in front of you. No tiers to decode, no sales runaround. Tell us your situation and the shape of the work, and we will come back with terms that match it.
Whatever your size, you can install the complete software and put it through real use for up to 90 days, with nothing restricted. Defence, government, and large enterprise included, there is no gate in the way of a proper trial.
The commercial licence applies once you move past evaluation into ongoing use. Rolling or indefinite "evaluation" is not the spirit of it. When the trial is done and it is earning its place, that is the point to get in touch.

No telemetry
No analytics, tracking, or usage reporting of any kind is built in.
Offline and air-gapped
Installs and runs with no network access. The only traffic is what you direct a tool to do. It goes where you point it, never to us.
Source and continuity
Code escrow, reproducible offline builds, secure transit, and source access for in-house building are available to commercial customers.
